Content Policy Standards

Our platform is built on respect, safety, and trust. To protect all members and maintain a positive environment, we do not allow certain categories of content. These rules are designed to ensure that swsh remains a place where people can connect, share, and create without fear of harm or exploitation.
When you submit content, you are agreeing to follow these standards. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed, and repeated violations can lead to further action against your account.
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:
- Contains sexually explicit content or pornography
- Contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incite hatred against any individual or group
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, rights to a person’s name, image and/or likeness, etc.)
- Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence
- Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals
- Promotes fraudulent schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, get rich quick schemes, online gaming and gambling, cash gifting, work from home businesses, or any other dubious money-making ventures
- Depicts violation of applicable law
- Promotes illegal drug use or the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Promotes unsafe activities that could lead to an unsafe situation
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that exploits or endangers children in any way is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately. We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
Attempting to share, create, or request CSAM on our platform will result in permanent account removal and may lead to referral to law enforcement.
We strongly discourage uploading any images or videos that include nudity of minors, even if they are non-sexual in nature. Such content carries an increased risk of misuse or exploitation by others who may gain access to it.
Moderation
If you encounter content that you believe violates our Content Policy, we encourage you to report it. Our Trust and Safety team will carefully review the content to assess whether it complies with our Content Policy standards. Appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of this review.
To help ensure safety and prevent abuse on our platform, we use automated systems to scan all content submitted. These systems are designed to detect potential violations of our Content Policy, such as harmful, illegal, or abusive material. Flagged content is subject to manual review by our Trust and Safety team, who can determine whether further action is required.
Please note that automated scanning applies to all content on our platform, including private albums and hidden content. This is necessary both to protect our community from abuse and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Contextual and Non-Violating Content
We recognize that not all sensitive or mature content is inherently harmful. Certain content may be permitted when it is shared in a legitimate, non-exploitative context and does not otherwise violate these standards.
Examples of content that may be allowed include, but are not limited to:
- Nudity in artistic, educational, documentary, or cultural contexts, such as fine art, sculpture, paintings, or historically significant works, provided the content is not sexually explicit or intended to arouse.
- Discussions of sexual health, relationships, or anatomy presented in a factual, respectful, and non-graphic manner.
- Mature themes in storytelling, journalism, or art that do not include graphic sexual content, exploitation, or violence.
Whether content falls into an allowed contextual category is determined by factors such as intent, presentation, audience, and surrounding context.
Importantly, nudity or sexualized content involving minors is never permitted, regardless of context, intent, or artistic claim.
We reserve the right to remove content that, while contextual, may still pose safety, legal, or exploitation risks to our community.
